Kailesh has served as the Managing Partner for EY’s San Jose office, overseeing 1,000 professionals serving a multitude of companies in Silicon Valley, where he has worked with innovative companies for over 25 years. Kailesh also led EY’s Growth Market Strategy focusing on entrepreneurs, startups, VCs, Family Business, PEs and our Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) programs.

Dr. Chétna Rao

Dr. Chétna Rao is a pioneering figure in STEM strategy. As the head of global R&D STEM strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb, she directed STEM initiatives across the organization and played a key role in launching programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her commitment to establishing diverse and inclusive talent pipelines has been central to her mission of nurturing the next generation of scientific innovators.

Amb.N. Parthasarathi

Amb.N Parthasarathi is a veteran diplomat with more than three decades of service in the Indian Foreign service. From September 2005 to September 2008, he served as Ambassador of India to the Republic of South Korea and from October 2008 to September 2011, he served as Ambassador of India to Senegal.

Prasad Kilaru

Dr. Prasad Kilaru has been on the board of Janyaa since 2014. Prasad comes from a family of professionals who had always placed an emphasis on education. “Knowledge is the one thing that nobody can take away from you and the one thing that you can take with you anywhere” was a constant saying when he was growing up.

Pawan Singh

Pawan runs a finance automation startup company HighIQ.ai. His belief is that educating and empowering the children secures the future of Mother earth. In his free time Pawan likes to be ‘positively’ distracted, which is one of the reasons for partnering with Janyaa.

Usha Hanumolu

Usha has been working with Venu Nadella since 2009. She worked with Venu in establishing the organization and setting up the lab-in-a-box pilot program in 4 schools in 2009. Usha took over fundraising responsibility among others and organized our first fundraising Volleyball tournament in June 2009.

Rafiq Dossani

Rafiq Dossani is director of the RAND Center for Asia Pacific Policy, a senior economist at the RAND Corporation, and a professor at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Venu Nadella has extensive experience in Software technologies working in Australia and also in USA. As a child growing up she had remarkable memory and achieved success in her academic field. However, she realized that the teaching methodology she had followed, only encouraged memorizing and hence students couldn’t relate and completely understand the math and science.
